Pitstop Training Centre

Programme: Motor vehicle training in servicing and repair resulting in NVQ qualifications. Pitstop is an accredited NVQ assessment centre, specialising in dealing with young recruits. Part of the Custom House and Canning Town Community Renewal Project, a registered charity. Trainees get their experience and qualification by working on real cars and dealing with real customers as Pitstop is a fully functioning garage/MOT testing station. Many jobs in the trade have resulted from this. (10/00)

Pre-learner driver training.  Three First Gear Projects, each year based around Waveney and Suffolk Coastal. Available for all young people aged 11 or older. The First Gear Project is run across a large area of Suffolk but our base is here in Reydon. First Gear Course - Young people year 11 upwards in Waveney welcome.
