This web site is set up for groups working with young people using cars, motorcycles and driving / riding as a basis for that
work. Such work can be
- Educationally related - helping young people to learn
to be better drivers / riders, including pre-driver/rider and learner
education.
- Remedial - involving young people who have got into trouble as a result
of driving/ riding.
- Offender related - using the medium of cars / motorbikes and driving / riding as a
vehicle and tools to engage and work with offenders or those at risk of offending.
- Youth work programmes - where driving and cars provides a great medium
for youth work generally.
This site enables the exchange of information in the United Kingdom and
source of information about UK practice for those in other countries.
